        Mobile phones, pagers and Smartphones
        The use of handheld devices to keep up-to-date with emails
        is permitted in the Chamber and in committees provided
        that it causes no disturbance. They should not be used when
        speaking. All pagers, mobile phones, Smartphones etc should
        be switched to silent mode in the Chamber and committees.
        Similarly they should not be used to make or receive calls in
        the Library or catering outlets.
