Endorsement
The following endorsement is only operative if shown on
the Employers’ Liability Section Schedule and is subject
otherwise to the terms conditions and exclusions of the
Section and the Policy
EL01. Offshore Extension
It is hereby agreed that Section Exclusion 2 is
deemed to be deleted and in respect of liability
arising directly or indirectly out of Offshore Work
it is agreed that the Limit of Indemnity is
restricted to £5,000,000 any one occurrence or
all occurrences of a series consequent on or
attributable to one source or original cause and is
inclusive of all claimants’ and defence costs and
expenses
