Section 3 – Special Exclusions

This part does not cover:

1. Motor
liability for which compulsory motor insurance or security is required under road traffic legislation

2. Work Offshore
liability for Injury caused:

a) on any offshore installation or support or accommodation vessel for any offshore installation
b) in transit to from or between any offshore installation or support or accommodation vessel for any
offshore installation

3. Work Overseas
liability in respect of any Injury caused outside the territorial limits but this exclusion will not apply to
any Employee temporarily employed elsewhere provided always that the contract of service or
apprenticeship for such work was entered into within the territorial limits and that the Employee is
normally resident in and travelling from the territorial limits.

Section 4 – Special Provisions

1. Limit of Indemnity
Our liability will not exceed the limit of indemnity stated in the schedule including all costs and
expenses (other than any limit otherwise stated) and any limit applies to any claim or series of claims
arising from any one cause.

2. Limit of Indemnity – Terrorism
The limit of indemnity in respect of any claim or series of claims arising directly or indirectly from
terrorism is as stated in the schedule.
