constituency, using the Houses of Parliament Travel Office, com
which provides business and personal travel services to
Members of both Houses. The office is operated by Hillgate
Travel and is overseen by the Department of Resources.
The office provides a comprehensive travel service and gives
you access to a range of substantial discounts on fares, in
particular on air travel. Staff can assist you in assessing your
travel patterns and identifying the most convenient and
cost-effective way of travelling.
The House pays carbon offsets for parliamentary travel
booked through the Travel Office. While you are free to
book your travel in other ways, only bookings through the
office benefit from the available discounts and carbon offsets.
