The PICT Service Desk should be the first point of contact PICT Service Desk

The service runs continuously from 8am on Monday through parliament.uk
to 6pm on Saturday and from 8am to 6pm on Sundays,
including during recesses. Outside normal hours, the service is
run with a reduced number of staff.
