1. Compensation for Court Attendance
In the event of any of the undermentioned persons
attending a court or tribunal or other forum as a
witness at the request of the Company in connection
with a Claim in respect of which the Insured may be
entitled to indemnity under Operative Clause 1 the
Company will at their discretion pay the Insured at the
following rates per day on which attendance is
required

(a) any director or officer or principal
of the Named Insured £500

(b) any other Employee £200
