this week about the non-discloser he said the CPS has had long enough and still
have not given over what they were meant to. This was last in court on the
08/04/2014
and the judge give until the
11/04/2014
for the CPS to give the discloser over which still
has not happened the Judge said that if the discloser was not given it was
meant to be re listed back in court. The CPS asked for more time which you gave
them and they still have done nothing, so Simon wants it listed in court so

A full investigation is supposed
to have taken place within the first stages of my complaints and once the
Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes got put in receipt of the emergency
issues I raise with them about the disrepair issues within my rented home, but do
not persist to established disciplinary action against their staff in a fair
and equal manner, the staff representing my cases should have taken my
safety and health into account and have not in regards to the disrepair is
consequential!

The Enfield Council and the
Enfield homes have left the disrepair of the damp and heating issues for so
long that the damp dihydrogen monoxide shows on the electrical wiring systems
and sometime causes them to overloaded making the electrical sockets perils and
causing further damage to my personal property, such as my TV that additionally
has mould growing over it, as much as I endeavour my best to keep it clean and
well ventilated!

Dear Sir or Madam
We continue to act on behalf of Mr Simon Cordell in
relation to an allegation of burglary. As you are aware this case was in court
on
08th
April 2014
for a mention hearing before his Honour Judge
Shorrock. On that occasion the Learned Judge made directions as to the service
of crime scene photographs from
February
2014
(as referred to in the statement of Paul Michael
Whittaker dated
25th
March 2014).
There are 14 photographs referred to in the
statement, but we have not been provided with an album containing the pictures
of indeed a photograph. In addition, we have not been served with the statement
from the Council regarding the noise abatement. We will forward under separate
cover copies of a section 80 noise abatement notice and a notice prohibiting
the sale of alcohol at the planned party in Bianca Road that Mr Cordell's
mother secured from the Council under a section 35 application. It appears as
though there is confusion as to the venue address and indeed the venue referred
to in the noise abatement notice (Bianca Road) and the alleged burgled premises
appear to be one and the same albeit the burglary is charged under the address
of Unit 34 Haymerle Road, Peckham, London, SE15 6SA as opposed to Bianca Road.
We also request that the prosecution clarify specifically what the particulars
of the charge is against Mr Cordell as in the advance information he was
charged with loss of stock to the value of £8220. Mr Patel in his statement
dated
08th
May 2013
refers to loss and also damage. The damage is
estimated at £8,000 £10,000. In the case papers there is reference to a
burglary and the items being stolen being a gazebo and also a chair. With
regards to the gazebo Mr Cordell will bring to court a copy of an invoice that
he has confirming that he purchased this item and therefore this could not have
come from any burglary. In addition, the invoices provided in the case papers
do not have listed the chair seized from Mr Cordell's home address. The chair
listed on the invoices provided by Mr Patel refer to Monaco multi position
chairs whereas the chair removed from Mr Cordell’s' address is a Venice chair.
The photograph provided is of a Venice chair and not a Monaco chair. We seek
clarification as to the particulars of the burglary charge as if the charge is
to be amended to damage caused. There have to date been three burglaries at the
premises, one in February 2013,
one in
March 2013
and one in
May 2013.
We know from the insurance documents that Nikki
Diamond visited the site on
28th
February 2013
and updated the broker on
02nd
April 2013
damage being described as access holes being
knocked through in the walls to gain access and an additional two access points
were discovered. reference is made to damage to the rook also. There is also a
comment made that there is no way to differentiate which damage was caused
when. We know that there are crime scene photographs in relation to the
February
2013
offence and these need to be compared to the crime
scene photograph’s in relation to the
May 2013
offence. We also request that the officer in the
case clarify the position with regards to the invoices and the date when they
were obtained from Mr Patel. The invoices that we are specifically making
reference to are the ones dated 1st March
2013
and
29th
March 2013
which itemise identical damage. The optional extras
recommended are identical also. Mr Trevor Allaway from the Insurance company
confirmed that he never received the invoices / estimates from Mr Patel and he
checked with Nikki Diamond whether she had seen the invoices and she stated
that they had not been provided to the insurance company. Indeed, from the
insurance file there is an email from Simone Sail man requesting
repair quotations from Deven Patel
(dated
24th April 2013)
but the invoices provided by Mr Patel to the police
are clearly dated

Our query is why were these not

provided to the insurance company?
We request the date that these invoices were
provided to the police. The estimate itemising the damage dated

appears to correspond to damage itemised in a
telephone call to the insurance broker by Nicola Diamond on

April 2013
at 15:04:00 with additions. The estimate for this
damage is £39420.00. Mr Patel in his statement dated
08th
May 2013
estimates the damage as being between £8,000 £
10,000. Yet the invoice dated
05th
September 2013
substantially increases the estimate by some £30,000.
The invoices dated in March only refer top rebricking one wall at a cost of
£600 yet Nicola Diamond refers to at least three entry points. The statement of
Mr Rakesh Patel dated
10th
March 2014
gives us cause for concern as he has produced two
invoices that never appear to have been provided to his insurance company. He
also makes reference to his manager reporting the burglary but not been given a
crime reference. We request that a statement be taken from this Manager and in
particular that the Manager confirms the damage that was caused and the value
of the stock stolen and how this amount was reconciled to stock in the
warehouse. We are also concerned as police attended on the night of the raves
in
May 2013
and the damage to the wall would have been apparent
to the police. In addition, we find it bizarre that there were no additional
police patrols in the area on the night of a rave. Our client is adamant that
police officers attended on the night in question and were powerless to stop
the rave / private party from taking place because there were people squatting
inside the premises and notices on the walls clearly stating that the premises
were being used as legal squats. The police officers who attended on the night
of the rave / private party can confirm that there was damage already in
existence and also that the premises were a legal squat. This would contradict
the statement of Inspector Mc Millan dated

March 2014
who stated that there were no obvious notices /
signs indicating squatters’ rights?
We therefore request that the officer in the case
make enquiries in relation to the Bianca Road address as referred to in the
section 80 notices. We request that this case be listed for mention on
Wednesday
21st
May 2014
in order that the above can be clarified and also
that our client's bail conditions are clarified, in particular our client seeks
the return of his passport. We await the confirmation of the listing in due
course.

For the last 3 days Simon and myself have been
trying to sort these 2 claims out with KGM. Many phone calls have been made and

where I asked the lady, I spoke to for the
information for the insurance company that were making the claim, I was also
shocked to hear that they had only today again sent an email to Accident
exchange to get them to redirect the claim, the information is below.

Simon called and spoke to a Mr. Chris Garvin at
around 11.50am on the

Simon was told that they were no longer looking at
his insurance and had not been for some time. That they had redirect there
claim to Mr. Harris and all they were waiting for was for proof of the sale of
the index incident vehicle, CX52 JRZ from KGM and had been waiting for this for
some months to close that part of the claim down for Simon. Simon asked Mr.
Chris Garvin if he could email himself this and also email this again to KGM I
will attach the email from Mr. Chris Garvin with this email for you to see
Again it does seem as if KGM are not doing their job as from what I heard today
this claim should have been taken of my insurance from months ago. Simon again
called KGM about this and getting KGM to send Mr. Chris Garvin the proof of
sale and was shocked to hear it would take KGM 5 days to send this over so that
this claim can be closed down. I at this time think KGM has had long enough
already to deal with this matter and due to how long this has taken has messed
Simon insurance up enough already due to KGM not doing their job. This should
have been cleared up months ago but KGM is just holding on to it. Claim dated

information below Also today we have been trying
again to sort the claim dated
09/12/2013,
where Simon was driving my car to service it the
Rover Reg Y311 FVV. We have been told that the last few weeks they would send
us a form out to fill in to Simon email address
which should be on file when he took the insurance
policy out with KGM. But not getting the form again we called and asked why.
They seemed to have had the wrong email so re took it and said they would send
they out yesterday still not having got the email by today we asked them why we
had not got this again they had the wrong email so again they had to take it.
We do now have the form which is a joke in itself to fill in so I made a call
to KGM to get some help as most of the information also KGM already have, but
within the call I was not happy with what Mr. C Clancy said to me on the phone.
They do seem to have the witness information now to the claim which was given
on the phone to KGM on the

which they in the pass told me they did not have. Mr.
C Clancy had to in the end go and get the file out as there was so much mess on
their system, he needed to see what had been done in the file. They did call
Miss Hue who is the witness and got her email address and they sent her an
email on the
05/02/2014,
but since this time, they have not heard from her.
I said to Mr. C Clancy with the mess up with Simon email address and not taking
down the correct email does it not seem something is wrong if Miss Hue was
willing to give you her email then why would she not have filled in the
information to ask her for. Why has nothing been following up by calling Miss
Hue and asking. He could not understand why this had not been done. He then
went on to try and help me with the form they had sent over and when he heard I
was insured on Y311 FVV he said could I give him a while for him to read the
full file.

claim not going through my insurance I said why should it as I was not driving

it was covered under Simon Trade insurance as he
was taking it to be serviced. At this he said that Simon was not covered to
drive my car to service it under his trade insurance, I told him what the
reason was for having this trade insurance if Simon was not insured. I then
went on to say about some months back when I myself talked to the claim hander
Miss Alana Foster and she said this also. And that you had contracted the
underwriters and sorted this out and Simon was in fact insured. He said he was
going to have to contract the underwriters and conform this. At this I was
really not happy and told him does your teams do their work correctly as to me
there is no communication between KGM departments. I told him on the phone I
was going to again contract you and again sort this mess out as if there still
saying Simon was not insured then they sold him the wrong insurance policy. At
this he said to me don’t do that just wait till I get back to you today or
tomorrow. There is a lot more that has been said but this is just a little
outline. Sorry Martin there is such a mess with KGM they don’t seem to know
what they are doing and this is having a great effect on Simon life and more
costs due to his insurance costs, and the fact now he has to go to court around
6 times for no insurance when he was in fact insurance and his insurance was
paid for. Can you please try to deal with this mess?

due to KGM not doing their job and also having the new insurance closed due to
this fact and you having to open a new one this is really looking bad on Simon
and he has done nothing wrong here. Also, can I ask something about Simon New

On 24/05/2013 at about 2030 hours police
responded to reports of a suspects on at the old Ponders End Police Station CAD 8306 refers. On arrival police contained the area. Simon
CORDELL was seen exiting an alleyway to the side of the police station at the
rear of the kinder garden centre. In the car park to the, rear of the
premises was a Silver Ford Focus VRM MA57LDY. Whilst waiting to gain access Joshua HOLLY-FIELD
popped his head over the boarding j to the premises and climbed over on
police request. He was detained and searched with nothing found
on his person. When asked why he was in the ground of the premises he stated,
'Squatters rights, I haven’t done anything wrong, you can speak to my lawyer
who is with your colleagues round the front’. This lawyer turned out to be Simon CORDELL Whilst officers checked for signs of a break-in
it was established through HOLLY-FIELD i that they
were looking for a place to set up a rave over the bank holiday period. The Ford Focus was searched in the presence of
CORDELL as it smelt strongly of cannabis with a negative result. CORDELL stated that when he sets up raves, he
attracts in excess of 5000 people over a 3-day period. CORDELL is planning to set up a rave and actively

A Friend’s Place: --
I got
asked to attend a friend’s place of residence, to say hello and to drop off
money for food: --
On the
25/05/2014,
some
friends called me and said they were living at Unit 5 Georges Industrial Estate
White Hart Lane Tottenham, London, N17, I understood that this was their
home as they were homeless and if it were not for this place for residents. I
got asked to attend to say hello and so to drop off money for food and other
living essentials to them. In the end, I drove in my van and when I arrived at the
area's location; I pulled over and stop on the way to my friends. The place I
stopped at was a local pizza shop and I ordered food for us all, I asked for
the food to get delivered to the same address to where I would be. I arrived at
my destination I noticed that there were no police present. The occupiers
allowed me entry into their legal home, and I drove my van inside. We took a
seat together after they showed me around. Once we sat down, we started the
normal general chat about what each other's, lives had gotten up to, since we
last saw each other. The pizzas soon, therefore after arrived as I ordered them
to and we all indulged in eating the food and after some time, while me and my
friends lengthened our conversations. I got startled; I could make out the
sound of an alarm bell going off inside of the building, I noticed a lot of
activity from within the premises and overheard a person shouting at another
person. On listening even closer, to what they were shouting about, I can
remember their discussion being that of: somebody else had got into a section
of the premises and opened a fire door that did never got opened before, soon
after, the door had got sealed and opened the alarm went straight back off to
how it originally was before hand: silent! In the cool down period of what just
posited to proceed; what I would claim to be about minute the police arrived
and as a regular event they chose to talk to me once they realised my
presence. The police done their cheeks and asked to look inside of my van on
doing so; I granted them permission to do so after the police officers checks
they were happy that I had no true sound equipment on me other than two old
speaker boxes without speaker drivers in them, that I left in the van due to
not being able to move them into my storage room due to space. The police said
it would be OK for me to leave and go so this is what I did. A few months later
the police added this day into the ASBO Proceedings. On the day I never got
arrested for any criminal offences. When I arrived to
the premises in my van, the building already got occupied under a section 144
LASPO notice and I merely attended, just to bring food to some friends and
spend time with them all. I had empty speaker boxes in my van, but they did not
contain the drivers that would have got required to make sound neither did I
have any other equipment that would constituent towards a full sound system. I
also did not have any, intentions of setting up a rave as is being stated by PC
Steve Hoodless. What did in fact happen is that after the incident the
attending police officers add this inelegance into the police National computer
system and months letter a Steve Elsmore got told to create an ASBO, so he and
other official people edited them police cad’s and this can get seen in the
official Anti-Social Behaviour paperwork and then them officers of the law
adduced the information into the application for their own self gain in
victimising me?

25/05/2014 at 23:21 hrs Police were called to UNIT 5 ST GEORGE'S INDUSTRIAL
ESTATE WHITE HART LANE N17 by the security guard at the venue stating
suspects; were on premises. Police
attended the venue and a large group of approx. 20 young males and females,
between 18-35 years of age and of mixed origins ran out the rear of the
industrial estate through an alleyway leading to THETFORD CLOSE N13. Several
males were still inside the premises claiming to be squatters. The remote
viewing CCTV at the venue was contacted and stated that the alarms had just been
activated and it had footage of several suspects causing damage to the
security cameras and door locks at the venue upon entering the premises. After
several minutes and upon hearing Police organising entry to the premises in
order to search for the suspects concerned in Criminal Damage the remaining
occupants ran out of the rear doors to the venue. The front shutter then
opened and a WHITE FORD TRANSIT VEHICLE VRM CX52JPZ attempted to exit the
premises. The driver an IC3 Male gave the particulars of Simon CORDELL DOB
26/01/1981 of 109 BURNCROFT AVENUE EN3. PNCID 97/99378V. CORDELL stated he
had just attended the venue to give his friends some food as they were
squatting. The rear of the TRANSIT VAN contained a set of large speakers and
music equipment, but CORDELL insisted he used the equipment for festival work
and was not setting up for a 'Rave'. CORDELL produced insurance documents but
due to the day/hour officers were unable to verify details. CORDELL did not
match the description of the IC1 Male suspects and was advised to leave the
venue. Security
guards remained at the premises in order to secure them. Several young males
and females continued to arrive at the venue dressed in 'suitable evening
attire' for a: Rave and then promptly left upon seeing Police. |

The way I get treated is
inconsiderate of the Enfield Council and the Enfield homes team members towards
my salubrity and causes me to suffer with neglect
from them involved staff!

going on I continued working on Creating a new up to date Protective Security
policy and statements for the Too Smooth Entertainments mini fest and then on
managed and I continued to Study and finish at the Time Start: 07:00 Am and
Time End: 03:30 Pm!
My mother also continues to work
on building my company website for me with others at the Time Start: 09:00 and
Time End: 14:00!
Working at Home doing Court Case

I spent time and resources
costing expenditure with my mother also building my defence case, against the
allegations getting put against me at the Time Start: 12:00 Am and Time End:
06:00 Am!

I called the OIC today and told him where Simon
Passport was, so he sent an email over to them to release the passport. Simon
has collected it now, so he has it back. So, it’s now just to confirm the
signing on each Sunday and not to go into Southwark council left to confirm
which as far as the judge said he is not meant to be doing this. Can you also
give me an update as to if you had anything from the DX yet?
As the OIC also said there is a statement from
Nikki Diamond that was handed over at court last week, on the phone today. But
I sure Nikki Diamond was meant to be Simon witness along with Trevor Allaway.

I get frustrated when I
optically discern my property getting damaged beyond disrepair because of the
